On Sunday I finished my first sprint triathlon in 1 hr 19min and placed 3rd in my age group ( 25 to 29 year old women)

I even managed to smile at the end!The weather was great and I had a pretty good 1st triathlon experience. Justin, my 2 brothers, sister-in-law, and nephew all came to cheer me on. I fell asleep on the car ride home and then took a 2 hour nap with the kids on Monday. I guess I was tired!!
